Celebrating Our Community

At GHSS, we cherish the moments that bring our community together—our celebrations, gatherings, achievements, and shared experiences. To capture and share these memories, we may take photos or videos of our members and guests for use on our official social media pages and other promotional materials.

Agreement to Media Use

By attending a GHSS-hosted event, you understand and agree that your photo, video, or likeness may appear in images or recordings created by GHSS. These may be used for community promotion, education, or information sharing across platforms such as our website, social media, newsletters, and printed publications.

Media Removal Policy

Once photos or videos have been shared, GHSS typically does not remove or alter them. In rare and exceptional cases, a request may be reviewed at the discretion of the GHSS Executive Board.

Member Responsibility

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let a GHSS volunteer or staff member know before any photos or videos are taken during an event. While we will do our best to respect your request, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all media captured.
